My food buddy Debbie & I found ourselves at the porch of a home in a Quezon City subdivision one Tuesday night after work. Coming from Makati and traveling an entire hour to reach this hole-in-the-wall called Van Gogh Is Bipolar, all we ever wanted was to attack the first edible thing that we would see inside.
